ABOUT HCC TECHNOLOGY
In 1994 Hudec’s Computer Consulting was created by Dan Hudec as a one man operation providing IT Support to small businesses in the Inland Empire. Hudec’s Computer Consulting used a break-fix model that had Dan providing personal support whenever something went wrong. Eventually transitioning to HCC Technology, the company has flourished over 20 years and has expanded to include 5 more full-time employees. HCC Technology also transitioned from a break-fix model to a Managed Service Provider, or MSP, model.
HCC Technology, through its dedication to MSP solutions, focuses on proactively working to prevent complications in your network, while still maintaining the personal support from our dedicated technicians. Of course, things do still break occasionally. When this happens, we put a focus on live response. When you call, a person answers; not a recording. Through remote support and/or dispatching a technician, we will find the quickest and most efficient solution to get your day-to-day operations functional again.
